Zero Urgency
I've been with almost all the tracking providers out there, and thought that I finally found one that stood head and shoulders above the rest.
I tried to have another device installed two weeks ago. Signed up online - very efficient. But no call for installation and empty promises of discounted rates and immediate installation when I phone to have it arranged.
Still nothing.
No urgency at all. Your insurance usually gives you a few days grace and then coverts your cover to exclude theft.

I realize that "attempted" has a different meaning to us all.
Ringing once, in my opinion doesn't qualify.
I did receive a subsequent email as well - which I answered almost immediately.
The call however did eventually come again, and I was able to take it.
