In total we signed up 12 tracking contracts with Altech Netstar, 7 of these have various problems. Ranging from one contract where the vehicle was ******. Altech Netstar retrieved the removed tracking device but not the vehicle. The problem lies in the fact that we are still paying for a tracking device on a vehicle ****** over a year ago.

There is no follow up if they suspect a vehicle is being ******/hijacked if the provided contact fails to answer their calls.
