Zero customer services

My car was broken Into at Protea Glen Mall on the 14th of March and they stole my car battery and spare wheel netstar did not even send than alert sms or anything and they can see on the system that they did not send the alert now they telling me I need to put a battery so they can come and see why the alert was not sent. What ******* is that what if the car was stole and I have been using them since 2019 with no miss payments. Cause if the alert sms was sent I would have stop what I was doing and go check what up cause am parked at a public place.
