Zero communication with clients!!

I have been trying to get this tracker deactivated since beginning of this month, no one has phoned me,then they ran a debit order on my account without my consent,I reversed the debit order..whereby no one has even called to ask what is the issue..I have queried multiple times for someone to call me,I even called then to ask if its been deactivated but the one night I got a phone call to ask if everything was fine,which means it’s still active and they’d probably expect me to pay on for this service which is not fair!! This is the worst company when it comes to communicating with their clients!! And guess what,they still haven’t phoned me! Fed up with this ridiculous service!!
