Zero communication

Absolutely terrible ongoing experiences with them. 1. Almost impossible to get hold of an agent 2. Rude when you are finally able to speak to someone. 3. Been trying to add another car to my account only because the new car came with netstar pre-installed. Even though I gave all my details to the agent, I was told that they cannot help me because I first need to email them from myself giving them permission to help me. As stupid as it sounds I did that and they still have not called me back to assist me 2 days later. 4. To top it off, when I log into my account I cant even see my other cars listed and therefore I can't track them myself.

I would HATE to be in a dangerous situation and have to rely on them... If it's even possible to get hold of them.

The only reason I wanted to stick with them was because the netstar unit was pre-installed at the dealer I would have preferred not to have another company come and open up my new car to put a new another unit in.

For safety reasons I'm going to bite the bullet and get this netstar thing removed and go with a proper tracking company like tracker or cartrack.
