Your Personal Details Will Be Compromised

I've just received a call from their sales person Sharon who knew my vehicle year and model. I noted to her that I already have a tracking device and her response was who is my device with - I told her that that type of information is private and I dont need to tell her. She went on a rant and even stated that she has my ID number which I feel is extremely worrying that you give out that type of information to your salesteam! She waz extremely unprofessional and accused me of being a rude man. Please have a listen to the recorded message and stop giving out clients personal ID numbers.
