Wrong installation Package

I'm uncertain about the tracking device installed on my vehicle because it's a tag and when I check on my phone if the tag is with me I can't track the vehicle. Kindly assist ASAP because according to my knowledge I was on Early warning and before I could actively see the live location on the vehicle before upgrading this year in March 2025.
