Wrong Fitment Certificate

Am having a problem with a fitment certificate that I recieved from Netstar my insurance company is not accepting it says Product is Advance SVR , when I call they told me am on Early warning, told them most insurance companies that I have called they don't accept this they want a certificate written Early warning not Advance SVR , am now stuck with this situation I asked them to resend I need certificate which indicate that am on Early Warning the lady that I spoke to said they can't that how certificate comes out
