WRONG DEBIT ORDER /NO RESPONSE
I have signed up for a 199 Tracker with Netstar however i have been debited 359.00 Rajan Moodley who is apparently the credit controller handling my account is not getting back to me and no one can seem to assist except him ,
must this go through ombudsman or CPA before i get assisted as i didn't sign up for this ,
i have been calling since 7 am this morning only to be transferred from pillar to post ,worst of all automatic responses
the difference must be credited into my account immediately or this contract will be cancelled .
