Wrong amount deducted
My account was debited with an amount of R1843.56. This is way more than the agreed amount of R317.84 I don't know why this was done. I was not notified. I am truly upset with what has happened. This has negatively affected my other financial commitments that I have. I have informed Netstar where I was advised that this was a glitch in the system.
