Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

It's a pitty I couldn't choose NO stars AT ALL coz that's what this company is worth. Tbh, how does a company like this even exist?! Been more than a month that I've requested call recordings as they've debited my account whereby I specifically asked and was informed more than 3 times over the phone that no debit order will occur. Whenever you follow up you'll get a generic response from an agent "we apologize for the inconvenience caused" and will get someone to contact you back, a week later you'll just have to follow up again as nobody gets back to you! Wish I had done my due diligence first before going into contract with Netstar! There are no words to describe their services rendered.
