Wouldn't it be nice if you had the resource to help some you would because you can and because you are after money ?

Ok let me start by saying that this is not so much a complaint but rather an option I would like to express. You see I have been with netstar for a long time I think about 5 years.Regrettably I ran into massive financial problems and was unable to keep up my subscription fees monthly and fell back . When I could I did pay up as best as I could .So on Monday 11 March 2019 I got hijacked / carjacked by two individuals and my vehicle was taken away from me at gunpoint . after going to the police department etc I was encouraged to phone netstar to ask them if they would assist interacting the vehicle to which I was firmly refused and referred to the legal department credit control and was promptly asked to pay the 11000 some odd to authorise the tracking . Obviously I don't have this kind of money lying around otherwise I would be paying my subs . Now I am not blaming anyone but myself I was just hoping that the companies like netstar would extend themselves just little bit to make a difference in someones life one day and I was hoping it would be my day . Please note that I am not advocating a culture of non payment but expect delivery of service kind of thing....just some common decency in helping someone out and then too not give me the vehicle or recover it but just track it and inform the police and maybe even take possession of the vehicle and maybe sell it in auction or whatever rather than have ********* benefit form *****ing from the society and those that that have the power to make a difference not sit by idly and say money first and your peace of mind is nothing to me . to me personally I would be singing their glories all the time and would stick with them just because they tried to help even when they didn't have to . Can you imagine the positive public feedback that would generate and then their bottom line . I really wish that in our really torn apart country when it come to individuals financial well being , security well being , dealt well being etc that it all won't be decided on how much money we have but rather how can we help each other . I friend in need is a friend indeed. Maybe I don't understand this saying because I am ******** but I do know if I had the power to help someone I would try my level best and not let money come in the way but if it is money you have to have netstar then am going o public record and saying track my vehicle and hold onto it till I pay up or sell it just so just so the ********* don't benefit .Amrith Budhram
