Worst unprofessional service ever

Worst service ever. They never say anything when the battery dies, when you call you hold forever and still no help, when you asked to be called back thry never do. Told them i wanted to downgrade cause its useless they told me i cant downgrade. Now i need help with their device they putting me through to all the departments. Worst company to work with and wouldnt advice anyone to use them
