Worst tracking company in South Africa

Worst tracking company you can use. You wont get your vehicle back as their recovery team must be in on the highjackings. My car got ****** yesterday. When I contacted Netstar to inform them they went onto their systems and said that the signal was being jammed and last seen at ***** location. I asked them why they cannot track the car and they said its been signal jammed and they cant pick up any location.

I then left it and phoned later around 12pm. They said they had now picked a location of the vehicle in another area but battling to pin point it and cannot find it.

I was told my car was probably on its way to the border. I left it at that.

In the morning a phoned to get a report to send to my insurance. They sent me the wrong persons report and I still have not received the correct one. I then got put through to the recovery team to ask them if they have any update. They advised me that there was still no pin point location on their side and they cant pick the vehicle up on their GPS.

I then did something I should of done alot sooner. I downloaded the Netstar app on my phone, put my details in and within seconds the location of my car was showing me exactly where it was. I quickly phoned the recovery team to tell them that I have the location on my side and gave them the GPS co ordinates. With in about 30 minutes I got my 1st phone call back from Netstar advising me that my location I saw was correct and they had found my car.

When arriving at the scene of my car I was devastated. The car was so badly damaged inside that it might be a write off. I then went back on my Netstar app and I could track every moment of where that vehicle went. From the minute the jamming signal stopped. I could see where it drove the night before. Where it parked at night and its route in the morning.

My question is. If I had access to the vehicles locations on my Netstar app with full movements, how can the head office and operating people of Netstar have none of that information. It makes no sense to me, other than Netstar actually in on the highjacking or just not bothered in actually looking to find the vehicle.

And if they had acted sooner after the car had been ****** maybe I would have a car that is not as badly damaged as it is now.
