Worst tracking company ever

Netstar tracking company is the worst, my Car was ****** on the 9th of January 2021 and when I requested for a Tracking report they couldn't retrieve any info only to find my unit was inactive since May 2019 yet they were debating premiums every month, apparently it's my fault that the unit was inactive, my question is what kind of a tracking company that can't pickup if the unit is inactive coz as soon as there is no response its their job to call the client and inform them, Today one of their agents called to inform me that I need to pay premiums for January told them this is supposed to be on your system that my Car was ****** he said I'm supposed to cancel, this must be a Joke, first they could find my car because of they negligence and he said it's my fault that the unit was inactive, if you using Netstar GOODLUCK
