Worst tracking company ever

Just wanted inform everyone who is reading this, please do not put in a Netstar tracking device. You will have endless problems and they can't sort out any problem. I have a altech Netstar the top one with the panic button. If you press the panic button they not call you if you call in and then they ask you to press the panic button suddenly they say yes they receive the panic. But if you press the panic they will not contact you. Even if your cars Battery get disconnected no response from them. If you complain they just say they will come back to me? Just wondering in which year will they come back to me. Lucky I Reverse Payment and I will be not pay for **** service. NO Service No Payment!!!!!I am tired for waiting and waiting and waiting.
