Worst tracking company ever.
My Fortuner ****** on Saturday with their top "early warning" system. They cannot track it. Test my Hilux's unit on Monday: sorry sir, we cannot seem to get a signal. But its parked in front of my house. Their product simply does not work. USELESS COMPANY!!!

Your unit in vehicle JZB634NW is due for an upgrade. I can send a request to our Retention department to contact you and assist with an upgrade
It is requirement for you to call every 6 months to test the device and confirm if the unit is still updating.
We cannot detect when the device stopped updating as we only send a signal to the device when we are testing it or there is an application where you are able to monitor the vehicle .
Please note we can offer you a discount on the upgrade for EWS at R160 as the normal price goes for R199.90 and also a 3 months credit for instalments paid .
Please just note that we do require you to call every 6 months to test.
