Worst tracking company!!!

Nestar is by far the worst tracker, firstly upon sign up they told me it’s live tracking only to find out it’s not once I downloaded the app. I emailed them and called them numerous times , they answer then nothing happens I call again no answer for weeks. Eventually I got tired and just left it an accepted it. Now I bought a new car and I still have my old car so I call them to add my new car, it been 4 weeks now no one answered!? I’m canceling this **** tracking unprofessional company
