Worst Tracking company
Worst experience ever. The unit they installed was not working but they kept saying it must be reset. Eventually somebody had to install a new unit, they didn't pitch up. Up to now I don't have a working tracing device. The call center agents is not helpful at all

A new unit was eventually installed BUT my one car has disappeared from the Safe and Sound application. After NUMEROUS calls I hear they have and IT related problem that was on the 29 June 2018 and today the car is still not on the application. BUT they have deducted the amount for a system that is not working from my bank account!!!!!!!!!
