Worst tracker - money hungry company

Worst service. I had a tracker from the company Tracker already installed on my vehicle. NETSTAR managed to install another tracker on top of the one I already had, unaware that I already have a tracker and when I called to ask them to cancel theirs, which is drainning my battery, they proceeeee to force a 3 year contract without stipulating that upon cancelation, you need to pay the entire remainder fee. The agent in retention department with the name Solomon hung up on me intentionally when I corrected him on that matter and they installed a tracker that keeps draining my battery
