Worst tracker company around

Since mid 2018 the unit installed in my vehicle has not been working . I called their consultants many times to come have it checked out but to no avail . Eventually a consultant did test my unit and informed me my unit was indeed not working but a technician has been assigned to Cape Town for my vehicle , I reside in KZN . That’s how inept they are . Since the turn of this year I have been calling them again regarding my unit but still no one from Netstar has come to my vehicle,so basically my unit has now been off for over a year ,yet every month they gladly debit my account for a service they do not render . I am now just awaiting the end of my contract with this amateur run company and rid my services with them .
