Worst service of my life

<p>I have received the worst service of my life from Altech Netstar, I sent them an email on the 29/09/2015 to cancel my car insurance as i had changed my car and had found another insurer the advised me that i have to pay R1640.33 Which i pad on the 14/12/2015 and i never received a response till I called them and they advised that it has been cancelled. Since last year 2016 January I have been receiving emails from Altech to say have an outstanding balance of the amount that I have paid already and i sent them the proof of payment again. Three months later I received an sms saying I need to pay the amount again otherwise im being handed over, I called again to quiry this they advised that I dont owe them it was a system error. A year later today I got an email to say my account has been handed over to ITC. This can ruin my credit record as well as my life!!!</p>
