Worst Service From Netstar and 1st for Women

Honestly having the worst service from this company they never answer the phones after 12noon yet they say they are a tracking company. I got car insurance from 1st for women and they said I am getting a tracker from Netstar. I have been waiting since Saturday the 23rd for fitment to be done but nothing has happened, yet both this insurance and tracker have gone off my account I was charged pro rata plus for next month but guess what the unit hasn't been fitted.. I have been trying to call then but no response I have spent over R350 on airtime alone busy trying to call them. When the do answer in the morning they put me on hold or always promise to call back but they never do. Yet am supposed to sign a 3year contract with them.. I will definitely be canceling my insurance ND tracker with them because I can't deal with such ****py Service. You can just Imagine if I had an emergency what would happen that means I would never get assistance.
