Worst service from Netstar

I have been inundated with calls from the debt collectors of Netstar harasing me whiles my account was paid up to date. The consultants dont even have background or statement of my Netstar Account. I filed for Cancellation of my Netstar device which has passsed its three year term last year in 2022 already. No response received and no statement received from Netstar. When you try and phone for assistance you never get through to a warm body on the other side. I have a a contract with Netstar ending December 2023 which I want to cancel immediately but I cant get the assistance I need. I would never recommend them to anyone again
