WORST SERVICE FROM AGENT TO TEAM LEADERS

I have had a query since Nov 2021, being sent from pillar to post by different agents,i asked for team leader hoping for a better service, worst mistake. you guys treat your customers like you paying us to use your services. i doubt anything will ever redeem you from the kind of service you give. you are the worst in all the companies i have had to deal with , worst !!
