WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! ******** TOO!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER AND ******** TOO.

I have been with Nestar for almost 5 years all my cars. Last year around August I get a call from Netstar that one of my cars needs to be fitted with a new unit and wen I asked why I was told after a few years it has to be upgraded . I told them I was happy with the one I have but they insisted that it needs to be changed . I decided to start avoiding their calls because the unit I had was working n I was happy . They kept calling and calling to a point I just agreed but before agreeing I asked important questions , (if I will have to pay any extra and etc ) the guy assured me that no everything wil remain the same no extra charge. FFWD December I decide to change my car and get another one . I call Nestar to cancel the tracker on the car I sold n install tracker in my new one . I get told that I just got into a 3 year contract in August and therefore I need to pay a cancellation fee. That really shocked me. I asked them to provide me with phone recordings to date no one has bothered to call me regarding that phone recording after reaching out to them so many times.

It was a nightmare to even get the tracker unit fitted in my car I had to call million times begging them to come . Eventually when they did , the job card never got loaded. I had to call them and they were claiming the unit is not fitted when it was actually fitted.

This month they come and debit a huge amount when I ask why ? They tell me it’s for the car I no longer own .

I told the consultant to cancel that car but I was told no I have to pay that cancellation fee . When I explained what happened she said she doesn’t see anything on the system . That really shocked me after calling so many times and speaking to different people, some will act like they will resolve the issue but never call back as they promise . Which is very unprofessional.

So they have left me with no choice but to reverse my money and stop them from taking my in my account.
