Worst Service Ever! ********! Impossible to cancel because of Non Existant cancelations department

I sold my car ages ago and I immediately informed them to cancel my account. The next month they debited the money again, then I called them to understand why. They gave me the correct email address to send my cancelation request to (because apparently I had sent the email to the wrong address).

The next month they debited it again and I allowed it hoping that their system would be up to date the following month, but no, they just kept debiting my account until I reversed them all. They have been bothering me ever since then and they blacklisted me. Useless company.
