Worst service ever

I had a bad with netstar tracking company and budget insurance, when I bought my car I was required to purchase an insurance, I took a car insurance with Budget for My 2017 polo vivo conceptline because the monthly payment were reasonable however they made excess to be R11 000 without making things clear I was a first time car owner. They recommended Netstar tracking as their partner they said they will pay for the tracker. One day my car was scratched I wanted to claim from them (budget) but they decline my claim without a valid reason. I cancelled budget insurance and contract was terminated successfully. I took another insurance which also came with it's own tracking unit. The problem is that I was gonna pay to trackers and the neststar was expensive compare to the new one I wanted to cancel it. Netstar was unreasonable to me when I asked them to terminate my contract they told me that I must pay R1052,00 to cancel. They sent me the cancellation letter and then after 3 months they called to say I owe them. I gave them the cancellation letter they sent me and then they started threatening me with legal and credit bureau listing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
