Worst service ever and I am not a client yet....

I have recently changed my insurance and part of the deal was a discounted amount for vehicle tracking from Netstar. They called me and I was "approved"?? for the device to be fitted. I told them that the only time that would be convenient with out the installed be disturbed would be on the weekend. And they never showed up. I called them and asked them what is going on and they re-arranged that the guy would come on the following weekend. This was a month ago........
