Worst. Service. Ever!!!!!

The fact that I need to even put a star is crazy. I am completely disappointed in the service delivery at Netstar. No one responds to mails and no one answers calls for cancelation. I've had to just stop my debit order because this is actually quite bull. Will someone phone me then from collections. Does your cancelations department even exist. It's been 5 days. This is ridiculous
