Worst Service Ever
The worst service ever, reported a faulty panic button 2 weeks ago and they said a technician would call back within 24hours. I’ve sent follow up emails and no one ever bothered to respond. I pay my monthly premiums on time and yet I’m paying for a useless service. I want to cancel this!!!
