Worst Service

Netstar has the ****tiest service ever, I called in last week Thursday already for a fitment on my car and everything went well. I was told the fitment will be done this week Wednesday already and when that day come I had nothing from them, no communication or anything. I called in only to find that they have captured my address incorrectly, fine… that was Wednesday, they then said they’ll come over on Thursday, still nothing and I had to call them again, they said Friday first thing in the morning that will come through. It’s now Friday and I still don’t have a unit on my car, when I call them, they put me from one department to another and ALL I WANT IS A UNIT INSTALLED. I’ve never been this frustrated in my life
