Worst service!

Im really unhappy. Yesterday my husband received a message from a collecting company, and said he owes Netstar over R6000!! We went to Netstar to sort it out. But left with so much questions and absolutely no help! They say that they black listed my husband. And on my account i have to pay over R6000 for contract breach. Which i may add they deducted their payment from my accound on the 28 feb 2020. But according to them i have to pay the full contract payment for the breach. My husband's contract they said was black listed from last year February! And he also have to pay over R6000. Never a phone call, never a email, never a message to inform us about anything! I feel that this is highly unfair and unprofessional!! While we were at Rustenburg Branch yesterday there were other unhappy customers to. I feel bul****!
