Worst experience with Netstar services

The service is pathetic. I have not receive a trip report requested in February. Cancelation was not confirmed. No monthly invoices or statements received and Netstar referred my account to national credit for not paying when I requested a cancelation. They are quick to receive and demand money but do not attend to customer needs.
