Worst experience in over 30 years of being with them, damage your vehicle and do nothing about it.

Worst experience in over 30 years of being with them. They did an upgrade to the unit in my vehicle, the installer damaged my dashboard. I have had to phone customer service so many time I am giving up with the ***********s' of NETSTAR. Really guys you have damaged my vehicle, I am having to run around chasing what is going on. NO REPOSNBCE NO REPAIR these guys are idiots to put it mildly. You try and speak to management..... it is not possible.............. WHY do damaged my vehicle I should be able to speak to management to let them know how bad this is.
