Worst emergency line

Worst car tracking company I can not even track my car using their app. I called the emergency line and the guy who helped me after Bradley didn't want to call the response team to locate my car since their app Is not working instead help wanted to scare me that my driver will be killed. Useless car tracking company. If I can not locate my car they should locate it but they could not. I still don't know where is my car. Bradley kept on hanging up the phone on my ear
