Worst Customer Service Ever

After an entire month and me shouting and swearing i received a little attention but the tracking unit is still not out of my car. Netstar has the worst customer services ever i must admit. I have never ever see such in my entire years of living and no one even cares. This review is based on my previous review, i just wanted to make sure that as much people possible know the kind of customer service one can expect from Netstar. I received a call from a manager did not get her name, she claimed that she would call me back at 9 am because i was in a meeting and that did not happen.
