Worst customer service

I am so feed up with Netstar now. Two months ago they where debiting me on my old and new contract and then they handed me to legal collections (Hybrid) and then they said they will fix the issue since its an error from their side. Now to make matters worse, this month of the 20th of Feb they didn't debit me. Whoever is dealing with our invoices needs to be fired because clearly they are not doing what they are supposed to do. Bad customer service. Stay away from Netstar
