Worst customer service

If you are reading this do yourself a favour, cancel and cut your losses, move on and get another tracking company. Terrible service is an understatement, it's really shocking!!! With this kind of attitude they probably have enough clients and no longer need new ones. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
