Worst Company ever

Netstar can't provide me with proof for taken up the contract, kept on debiting my account and then when I stopped the debit order they handed me over. After numerous queries I've been told my account been placed on hold and all of the sudden after6 months they debit my account with the full amount. When contacting the call center that's even worse, you can't speak to a manager and also can't get your call recordings.
