Worst company ever

<p>A year ago when I went on pension I cancelled both accounts for both vehicles by e-mail. A year later they have deducted R1690 from my account saying one account was not cancelled. But both were done on the same mail. 4 calls and they are not helpful at all. Customer service does not exist there. That was a huge amount to deduct from a pensioner and they are not even willing to assist or negotiate. They are keeping the money. </p>
