Worst company ever!

I really have to try and keep my cool as I am furious with your useless company! I have been handed over by Altech Netstar for a tracker that was NEVER installed in my vehicle. I have tried to resolve this the nice way call after call after call. You are the worst company ever. Now this will become a legal matter.
