Worst company

Worst service ever!!! I pay for the netstar plus. Been a customer for more than 6 years. Today they come and install a Netstar nano on my Fortuner. When I ask the installer why the Nano,he just told me to contact Netstar,got in his car and left. Phone lines just keeps disconnecting while speaking to someone. Then you start over.
