Worst car tracking company

Almost got hijacked, pressed the panic button and no response for almost 20 min, then only got an sms. Honestly one of the most terrifying experiences I’ve ever had and the place that made so many promises on how they will protect is no where to be found. When we called they said the car was in park so that is why it is not an emergency. So when they hijack you and you are on the ground with a gun to your head pressing a panic button it’s not an emergency. I won’t trust this company with my 50 cents never mind my live or my car
