Worst Acounts department i have ever worked with

I sold my vehicle in December 2020 The garage sent a cancelation, i also sent a cancelation. I have blocked debit orders yet they keep deducting and changing the amount.

Not one call received from them Not one reply i phoned in again today and lady dropped phone on my ear now it says number does not exist meaning they blocked me. Giving them one week to rectify or i will take this matter to the National Tribunal to proof how they do business. I did not give permission to continue deductions nor to up the installments
