Worse than before

Since the new unit was placed in the car my panic button don't work. Its worse than before. As I said that my wife and kids is mostly in the car and she would drive but the panic button dont work. She has pressed it a few times as she told me and afterwards I pressed and not even a call since the new unit was put in the car
