Worse service delivery

I’ve contacted Netstar several times because ever since I upgraded my unit it hasn’t been working, they promised to send a technician to sort it out but till this day I’ve been paying for a non functional unit.. for the past two weeks I’ve been trying to cancel my contract but I don’t receive the help for call centre agent
