Worse service by Netstar

I have written to Netstar complaining about what they did debiting my account while they're device is out of my car and they're aware of it cuz have been informing them and they hangup on the call while say they refering me to relevant department...now they promised to get back to me but like usually they never did they just kept quiet monthend they will expecting to debit my account again which is the only thing they know better but they can't assist their clients

What a bad company they are
