Work not done correctly

Yesterday they fitted a new unit to my car yet is still doing the same thing, the vehicle was driven and parked, but the tracking is still showing it doing 7kmph and not in the position where it is parked, What do I need to do to get the tracking on my car working as this has now been the 6th time I am complaining about this, was a new unit even put in as per my request or was the unit just reset. Serious Netstar, do I need to keep putting posts up of the problem on your tracking units, I am seriously tired of all this back and forth and when I say they must contact my fiance because I'm out of the country, low and behold, they phone me all the time, and a cost of R16 per minute for them to ask me the same security questions over and over.

As per normal, no call was done yesterday to my Fiance to sort out the 2 issues at hand on both cars.

Her car the ST has got thew wrong panic button on it, the remote given to her is of no use with a keyless car, and must be removed and a panic button put in the car as per my original request.

My car, the Lexus, is still not updating, and sits in limbo for hours on end, not updating and showing the car is still moving in another place where it actually parked and switched off, this is the same issue I have been complaining about for ages and its still not rectified. I requested a new unit gets put in, but this was not done as it is still giving the same errors.

Both cars parked next to each other, the ST shows parked and off, and the Lexus is showing still driving and not in the place it is actually at the moment, so it has nothing to go with signal or area etc, those excuses can go out the window.

The unit is faulty and must be dealt with right away. As per my original email, Netstar have until this Friday to sort all the issues out or I will be cancelling my contracts with Netstar and demanding a full refund.

Please ensure that who ever it is, contacts my Fiance, as I am out of the country.

Thank you for getting the technician out today, but now we are facing problems and he does not know what to do.

On my Fiances ST, there is now a check engine light that has come on after he has fiddled with it, and he is saying he doesn't know whats wrong, he now wants to take the panic button out that I have already paid for.

My Lexus now has the new unit but is not working on the system, he says I have to wait 24 hours, and this is unacceptable, I am paying for a service for every minute of ever day, and surely he can contact the office, give them details and they can reload it on my profile and it can work, why must I wait 24 hours and not be able to monitor the car?

I want this system live on my car so we can test it before the technician leaves

Good morning Netstar.

It is with pure disappointment that I write this email.

I woke this morning to find that my car is still not working on the Netstar platform.

The car is parked at home, yet on the platform it shows it last doing 125kmph on the R21 pas the Engen garage. The best part of it is, the car was nowhere near the R21 yesterday at all.

My car is being driven around today and I want full visibility on it before it even moves.

I understand a new unit was put in the car, but surely it should not take this long, 18hours already, to get it showing on my profile.

Car this be treat with a matter of urgency as I am paying for a service that does not / has not worked the way it was intended to work.

Good morning Netstar

I have just received my fitment certificate but my car is still not showing on my tracking profile, please advise who I need to contact to get this sorted out right away

I have left many messages on the Netstar platform and no response, the unit on my Lexus is acting up, The car starts, and it says ignition on, the shows displaying last GPS position, in the meantime the car is driving all over the show, and only after 10/20 mins does it pick up where the car is and that is rather pointless.

I am always having issues with Netstar these days and you are welcome to check the history on the last 2 trips yesterday and the trips this morning, its as if it moves without tracking, what am i paying for??

Please ensure you get hold of my Fiance Tifffany to get this sorted out right away.

I'm not sure where you get that this query is resolved, I got a call when m,y email clearly states to call my Fiance, and the operator said he would and no one has called he yet and she is waiting,

Please stop putting up false information as this is not resolved.
