Who renewed a contract with you on my behalf?

My 3-year contract with Altech Netstar expired in November 2013, and a month later I sold my vehicle. I never renewed it, but they have been deducting money from my account sporadically and in retrospect as if I have renewed it. This is against my right as a consumer. I phoned a few months ago to enquire about this, and a call centre agent said they can't take me off the list before I phoned one middle-man agent first, which I was not aware of and they gave me the number. I phoned the agent, and she was puzzled and said Altech should not have said that, but should have taken me off the list. And Altech Netstar is still deducting, forcing me to reverse it (at my cost!). Marcia Maphiri has just phoned me, and she will investigate and get back to me. I want to find out: who at Altech Netstar signed a new contract on my behalf without my consent? I regard this very seriously and think consumer ought to be aware of this modus operandi.
